i am new to this forum and have enjoyed reading all the different posts. it's nice to see some familiar situations.. i have a 7 month old morkie(i've had him 2 months) and a 9 month old morkie(i've had him 1 month) that we got from the same place..the younger one is perfect in almost every way...

I'm new to Yorkies. I have seven dogs in the family. I've gone locally to find small pups in shelters and convince family, neighbors and friends to take them in. Well, I've tried anyway. I have a Yorkie named Toto that I've just gotten from the pound. He's at least 12 years old, is deaf, has bilateral cateracts, and is just as sweet as can be.

ok I buy rawhide bones for both my dogs and i am finding them in the rock garden around my pool. I can understand burying them in dirt but he is burying them in rocks. It is too funny watching him move the rocks around with his nose! anyone else have a funny burying story? Tammy

I have an 8 yr old Yorkie that I adopted this spring. I am usually gone about 9.5 hours a day, and he is totally fine. He just sleeps all day and he pees outside when I get home. He has never made a mistake inside, he is really trained to go outside. But now that winter is coming, my commute may be longer and I may be gone 10.5 hours a day.

Okay we all talk about the quirky lil things our yorkies do....some SO odd that new yorkie owners post WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY YORKIE???? IS HE/SHE GOING TO BE OKAY??? We all have had a giggle from it. So whats the quirky lil things your yorkie does and do you know WHY they do it.

Oh my gosh~ Remi is here! Milo is so happy to have a brother. Much wrestling and chasing ensued and at midnight we finally had to turn off the lights to get them to settle down. It's all new and a little confusing to Remi right now, but he's very curious and up to play at any moment it's a go.

Hello all, I am in a very uncomfortable situation and I would like to have some insight from people who love their yorkies as much as I do. Two weeks ago, we adopted the cutest yorkie ever, he was almost 8 weeks old and therefore very demanding and time consuming.
