The median price for Seattle condos (citywide) was $312,500, a .8% decrease from a year ago and a 5.3% decrease from March’s record high of $329,975.

Earlier proposals for the site included a mid-rise apartment and condo projects. At one point one of the proposed projects was called “Bellora 2″.

Olive 8 Hard Hat Tour

As the construction elevator started rising, the views just get better. We started the tour on the 26th floor. It was still in a raw stage with only some structural columns and walls but at least you can try to visualize the unit space with the help of a floor plan.

A downtown luxury condo building named Escala is having trouble moving the last 70 units (of 270, so roughly 25%), so to try and juice up their sales, they’re raising prices.
