    http://www.emilygphotography.com/ blog/ ?p=311

When Andy’s mom called me a few short weeks ago something inside me said “land this wedding”. From the first time we spoke I was excited about Andy & Asumi’s big day. The wedding was very small (not over 30 people) and intimate, but incredibly classy and modern.

    Wanderlust: The Requisite Vacation Snaps

    http://morewaystowastetime.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 06/ wanderlust-requisite-vacation…

We're back home and a bit comatose from the 650-mile drive back from Portland yesterday. I've been spending the morning going through our vacation snaps, and thought I'd share a few. (I didn't take a ton of PDX shopping pix this time around because, well, I've done plenty of that before.

    Portland’s Architecture Still Cowardly

    http://mattdavisopenshismouth.com/ 2008/ 06/ portlands-architecture-still-coward…

Holst Architects’ 937 building on SW 9th between Glisan and Hoyt is nearing completion, and while it was anticipated as “bold” and “intriguing” by commenters at Brian Libby’s architecture blog when the first designs were released, I’m disappointed with the finished result.
