Sharp WX-T825 (Softbank 825SH) hits Taiwan

The Sharp WX-T825 is known as the Softbank 825SH Pantone Slide in Japan and as SH8010C in China market. Though the 825SH comes in eight colors in Japan, the WX-T825 will be available in only Black, White and Champagne in Taiwan.

But there are 81 pages on coated stock and 72 pages on uncoated, each with 7 different colours (adding up to 1,071 colours). So, quite clearly, I'll have to put some effort into it if I'm ever going to get to the end.

http://www.davidthedesigner.com/ davidthedesigner/ 2008/ 09/ my-pantone-past-1.h…I might be the one that's wrong, of course, but I'm really surprised that designers still specify Pantone colours - because I can't remember the last time that I designed anything for print that wasn't printed in 4-colour process. And Pantones aren't the best way of selecting a colour palette for CMYK printing (though some designers still do, of course).
