Crysis Wars netcode?

I mean, back when I played Crysis multiplayer (1.21, about two months ago), I could play single-player all High, but multiplayer would lag above Medium... my ping would be fine but there would still be lag (and FPS was okay); I'm guessing the netcode kinda sucked.
