Dear Intarwebs (and especially Google!), This nifty thing of shared/public calendars is damned nifty. The ability to have daily notifications from a calendar is even niftier. Did I mention the nifty?? Being able to subscribe to the Mikey’s Juke Joint calendar of events is nice.

Most of us -- 99.9% of us -- make a kind of strange, life-changing "deal" with this thing called future. We say -- in many different ways -- that when something in the future happens, then we'll do something else. Perhaps it's a question of money, or of relationships, or anything else.

Buying online versus buying in a retail store May 12 2008 I’ve been buying computer parts for several years now, on-line , in several different web stores, on Ebay and similar sites and off-line, from retail stores. Today, I still buy parts from both, depending on the part(s) that I want and my needs.
