Mikronet and Helen Martin on networks

    http://emekaeme.wordpress.com/ 2008/ 05/ 16/ mikronet-and-helen-martin-on-networ…

It’s been a long while since I last posted about the old KnowledgeBoard (I should have a longer look one of these days if I can stick my head out long enough). But the fact is they’ve gone and published Helen’s translation of a very sensible document about setting up a working network, based on the Mikronet experience.

    Amy Shuen Asked

    http://www.jenniesbev.com/ 2008/ 05/ 16/ amy-shuen-asked/

I read tons of books on Web 2.0 and E-Commerce for my doctorate research and Amy Shuen’s Web 2.0: A Strategy Guide is one of the bests. I like it a lot because it’s more than those dry scholarly books, more than those written by “street smart” Internet marketers, and more than typical how-to books.

ePub demystified – Tomorrow’s e-book reader the web browser?

    http://www.teleread.org/ blog/ 2008/ 05/ 16/ epub-demystified-tomorrows-e-book-r…

I have been quite perplexed in reading the many comments about IDPF’s “ePub” format following the release late last year of its underlying specs. A number of very smart people, including several developers who naturally dig deeply into tech specs, have painted ePub as a dark and mysterious digital publication (e-book) format, unlike anything else in the Universe™.

It's been forever and a day (maybe even longer) since I last sent an e-mail notification to our subscribers about anything new. If you're a regular reader you know that it's not for a lack of content. I've just been lazy about it, I guess. And so, I changed the e-mail subscription system.

    "Atrocities Are Bad, But"

    http://insultadarity.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 05/ atrocities-are-bad-but.html

If a man states, "atrocities are bad, but" we are to therefore conclude that he believes atrocities are bad, right? Ya Estez, `aib `leik, Lezem Testehe Min Halak *there, I said it. http://insultadarity.blogspot.com
