Heron Pagoda On Hold

It joins the other major downtown area projects that are on the back burner — AVA, 1 Hotel, Martin and Stewart and Minor, et al.

Since its first incarnation the 35-story (440′) project has slimmed down in scale to 98 condominium units and 130 hotel rooms.

Stadium Lofts’ New Look

As previously reported, Barrientos has taken over as owner and developer of the project. Since its initial conception, Stadium Lofts has grown in scope - height, number of residential units, number of parking stalls and number of commercial units.

Home Sales Still Strong in Key Areas

For instance, in Ross, Calif., about 18 miles north of San Francisco, real estate practitioner Tracy McLaughlin says, “It’s supply constrained.” Other metropolitan areas that continued to post gains in home prices nearly every month are Seattle, Portland, Ore., and Charlotte, N.C.

Stadium Lofts Update 3

Since its initial debut Stadium Lofts has been through a redesign and acquired a new lead developer, Barrientos, which has resulted in delays.

AVA Condo Update

The 39-story tower at 8th and Pine will feature traditional condominium homes and a luxury hotel. AVA’s developers anticipate construction to begin by the end of the year.
