You Ask, I Answer: Raw Diets & Calories

    http://smallbitesnutrition.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 10/ you-ask-i-answer-raw-diets-ca…

I've heard that part of the reason raw foods seem to aid so much in weight loss is because they take more energy to digest. Is this legit or bogus? -- Lizzy Via the blog Yet another bogus claim from raw food enthusiasts.

    Don't Skip Meals

    http://weightlosstraining.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 05/ don-skip-meals.html

    1) Don't skip meals. By doing so your body thinks you're in famine and reacts by reducing your metabolism, which makes it difficult to shed weight. Eat at least four times daily: breakfast, lunch, midafternoon snack and dinner. Try not to leave more than three to four hours in between meals or snacks.
