I think I may be a bully because this Wall Street Journal article, to me, borders on the absurd. New research highlights the prevalence and dangers of workplace bullying. In a 2007 survey of 1,000 U.S. workers, 44% said they had worked for a boss they considered abusive.

This week, on Good Morning America, a feature segment ran about Bullying In the Workplace. The forums on the GMA website, where viewers can post comments about the show’s topic. There was an overwhelming response to the Bullying segment.

(Image from GMA) This story of adult bullying in the work place aired yesterday on Good Morning America, with a follow-up segment today. This story has gotten tremendous response online, and it was eye opening to me. I, too, have been a victim of work place bullying at a previous place of employment.
