  Anyone? Anyone? No?     It was such a nice idea: a whole village based on Tolkien’s work, built with environmentally friendly materials, with names like “Butterfly” and “Swordsman Cottage”. Except, then the housing market crapped out, and not a single Baggins wanted to invest in a thatched roof.
