Telecommuting is a great option today and many people opt for the lifestyle that it provides. Thus provide people with the opportunity to be closer to home, to avoid commutes, and to often avoid some of the office politics and inefficiencies that might exist by being on site in a group of other people.

Over the years I’ve tried to streamline our rehearsals. Part of it is knowing that folks have other things they’re involved in. Like being with their family. But the other part is that sometimes we just don’t have a lot of time to rehearse. So I’m always looking for ways to maximize that time.

I think that these icons are the best Vista icons I’ve ever seen. I loved A-Team and now I can have all those characters and the famous van on my desktop. My favorite icon is the van but I also like Hannibal. All the colors are spot on and the clothing looks great. I hope more people design cool icons like these.

This past weekend I had the joy of speaking on various topics at the Christian Musician Summit in Overlake, WA, near Seattle. It was a very encouraging time, and I met quite a few people who were currently using Worship Matters with their worship team. Great hooking up with old friends and making some new ones.

I've been going through a few more wedding photos and thought I would post these two that make me smile. The boy is Puff's nephew, and I guess you know who the girl is. Or maybe not because it's not Nikki Dee's usual look. I'm not sure how I'd caption that expression.
