Track & Field: 10KM American Record Holder Talks in Depth About Running, Training
In 2010, American Chris Solinski shocked a lot of people when he blew away the 10KM American Record on the track. In running 26:59, he shredded the record and became the first non-African man to run under 27:00 minutes for 10 kilometers.
