Confusion Reigns Over Bahrain Grand Prix
It's on, then it's off, then it's on again and now, well now no one really knows what's happening.
An FIA representative by the name of Carlos Garcia gave a report back to the FIA stating that all was well in the country. Therefore the FIA decided the Bahrain Formula One race was on and they were considering when the race would happen.
Since this report, however, other news has filtered through to Bernie and the FIA are now considering their other options again.
Jean Todt in the meantime came out saying there was opposition to the Grand Prix coming from Britain. Ecclestone has been hard at work trying to work things out with the teams. At this stage it looks like the Bahrain GP might happen in December with the Indian GP taking place, as planned, on 30 October.
Why all this confusion; it's a yes/no question, isn't it? Or is there lots of money to be made and lost by some people?
