"Ahmadinejad Look" by certain members of the press, owing to the tie-less President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad of Iran (ties being a sign of "western decadence" in Iran). Even Matthew Yglesias jokes that he has "a pretty sweet hipster style". That said, among DC'ers, it's a pretty popular look, probably owing to the hot weather. Certainly a better choice than wearing a seersucker suit.
