http://thebiglead.com/ ?p=5933Petra Nemcova…. Here’s some more pictures for when you guys start your “Oh, what’s up with the shape of her head? http://bostonredthoughts.com/ 2008/ 05/ 22/ red-sox-6-kc-3-only-5-innings/Yes, it was good enough to get the win, but I think he could have went longer, despite the fact he had to wait because of the 4-run 5th inning the Sox had….His line: 5 IP, giving up 2 runs on 6 hits while striking out 4 and walking 2…he threw 74 pitches, 46 for strikes.

Peanut Farmer / Humanitarian Yucks It Up Over Mets’ Woes
http://www.cantstopthebleeding.com/ ?p=13316I’m as big a fan of “Jimmy Carter Says Yes!” as the rest of you (y’all?), but there’s nothing funny (or unpredictable) about Moises Alou getting hurt. I haven’t seen a Nobel Prize winner take such pleasure in a Mets defeat since particle detector pioneer Georges Charpak got tossed out of Shea for throwing a 9-volt battery at Bill Pecota.

I know, I know, I KNOW!
http://imhelendt.wordpress.com/ 2008/ 05/ 22/ i-know-i-know-i-know/Sorry, I just have not had a moment to myself. I swear I’ll get back to blogging. My wrist is still hurting so typing is really uncomfortable. Hand doctor says he thinks it’s just a very deep bone bruise, however, there is still some concern over the snuffbox area. I go back in two weeks and if I’m still sore, they will do an MRI.

Then I must be wrong
http://wigdersonlibrarypub.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 05/ then-i-must-be-wrong.htmlWhen the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's Laurel Walker and I agree that something is a bad idea, then there's a 50-50 chance it really is a bad idea. I'll let that joke sink in for a minute. Seriously though, she echoes some of my concerns.
