Baseball levels for nations

Now that multinational leagues will be a reality, I'd like to see something done about the Baseball Level numbers. Currently, the game simply uses a number from 0 to 5, which is way too crude in my opinion: a 0-100 scale is much more appropriate. (If you want to see my two-year-old post in the subject, click here. The USA is at 100, Japan at 90, Cuba 88, etc.) :@@:
