So the general conjecture on most of the site seems to be aimed at the Island moving through time or space. I think that the Island wil move through both time and space, coming to a semi-comfortable stop somewhere else in the world (possibly off the coast of Tunisia?), and also several years in the future. The reason for this theory is twofold. First, if the Island only moved through time, then moving it wouldn't be a very good plan. Even if you moved it into the future, future Widmore would still have the coordinates, and out goes freighter #2.
