I weighed myself today for the first time in a while. Partly because I knew I wasn’t making it to the gym and partly because I know I’d be disappointed. This morning I found out I weigh as much as I did in college. Back in the days when I was drinking 14 beers without a blink and wash it down with a half a Papa Johns pizza and a side os General Tso’s chicken. So….yeah, I am going to have to get back on the bandwagon of working out an eating a lot more salads.
