High Rise Landlords Beware

I had an extremely frustrating experience this past weekend and today. I called and left messages for two different “property management” real estate agents this past Saturday to make arrangements to show the high rise condominiums that they had listed for rent. Neither one of them called me back until Monday! Now, I know the rest of the world gets to take weekends off but not us realtors. We have to work, or at least be available by phone, seven days a week in order to serve our clients. As it turned out, my client looked at a bunch of other rentals on Saturday and did not get to see the two condos in the high rise I reference above.
