I Expect You'll Understand the Difference Between White and Wrong IT IS FUNNY how the primaries don't even seem to be about who actually wins or loses each state, but how each win or loss matches up to the expectation of whether or not that state will be won or lost. Of course the expectations are constantly massaged, sort of how Bush et al massage the budget to juggle horrible results into an imaginary positive column by beating old (fake) projections. Oregon hasn't even finished voting yet, and I'm already reading pundits who are discounting it because of course Obama is EXPECTED to win it.
