‘Gran died after bus man rage’

[Source: Daily Mirror] An angry bus driver drove into a depot at 60mph - killing a gran and badly injuring her daughter and toddler granddaughter, a court was told yesterday. Ismail Ahmed, 43, had to wait outside Mortlake depot in South West London for a space, causing a jam, and tempers became “frayed”, Kingston crown court heard. Finally, he careered in, hitting another bus and pinning the three to a wall. The mum said it came in “like a bomb, it was so fast”. The gran, 65, died instantly. The 36-year-old mum was injured and her toddler had her leg amputated. None can be named for legal reasons.
