I'm sitting here in the computer room with the window cracked and I'm wearing one of my Virginia Tech hoodies. There's a nip in the air and the leaves are falling. I can hear the tinkle of the wind chimes mixing with the fallen leaves as the breeze dashes by the window. The sky is devoid of clouds and the sky is a brilliant blue. I'm sipping my Sierra Mist Free Cranberry Splash soda...savoring the taste of the seasonal flavor. This morning I got up, read through the newspaper, then bundled up for the gym. I did 60 minutes on the elliptical followed by 40 minutes on the treadmill.
