Internal Build of Opera Passes Acid3 Test!
http://tech-buzz.net/ 2008/ 03/ 28/ internal-build-of-opera-passes-acid3-test/
Opera Desktop Team has shown a screenshot of an internal build of their browser called WinGogi, which indicates that they’ve successfully managed to pass the latest Acid3 web standards test 100/100. This is certainly a big achievement for Opera Team and web standards advocates alike because no other browser has managed to pass Acid3 test, which was made official on March 3, 2008. What’s more? The Opera Team has promised to release a public preview of the same within next week: Today we reached a 100% pass rate for the first time! There are some remaining issues yet to be fixed, but we hope to have those sorted out shortly.
