What is a bathroom faucet doing on unplggd? Well, this faucet is the equivalent of a dimmer switch, but instead of controlling your lighting it controls your water temperature. While still a prototype, we really like how this simplifies the design of the everyday tap. No handles or levers, just the bare minimum necessary for turning the water on or off. The more you slide, the hotter the water gets. If the concept drawings and prototype pictures are any indication, there will be a color indication on the surface of the tap that correlates to the water temperature. -via Mocoloco
