Gloria Allred is Back, Putting the "Eaze" in Partisan, Litigious "Sleaze." - Page 2
And lastly, if Diaz knowingly lied to Allred, and persisted in persuading Allred of that lie or body of lies, then Diaz is also guilty of having furthered her own fraud and perjury. One must remember that Allred is a scumbag shyster (I mean lawyer), and as such is an officer of the court. Which is to say Diaz committed a rather grave and serious legal boo-boo.
The second rather serious issue in all of this, is that if Diaz is indeed lying, then Allred is clearly guilty of the subordination of perjury, which is a very, very serious legal boo-boo. In fact, if Allred is so thereby guilty as charged, the least of her punishment would be total disbarment and possible prison time.
And the third and final issue is, if all of the previous is true, then Ms. Allred could also be ostensibly guilty of political campaign violations and could possibly be indicted and or prosecuted and imprisoned for this sort of malfeasance and misconduct as well.
Now in anticipation of my many, many, many liberal critics, I maintain that not all political speech is either absolute and or sacrosanct. Not all political speech must or ought be deemed to be worthy of protection. I maintain some political speech is also downright intellectually and philosophically lawless. (For example, that which is contained in the body of our current, constitutionally sanctioned, political campaign laws; e.g., there are at least three generic, actionable crimes here: interference, intimidation and sabotage.)
But all of this last point, of course, is subject to interpretation, debate and many, many, many other essays.
