Diran has founded many technology startups with the last 4 positions in the online and Social Networking/Marketing space. Mr. Afarian has been in the IT, Entertainment, Broadcast and Online Social Media space, and has been involved in the strategy & development of NextEmployee.com, Internet Radio Inc’s ChoiceRadio.com, BubbleFire.com, BlinkID.com and BlueGrind.com which was a site that converted Blogs and News text to audio for use on Mobile devices. (The Company was acquired by a undisclosed foreign corporation in October 2007). Currently the Founder and CEO of a startup called NextEmployee.com which helps Recruiters and companies replace the Phone Interview with Video Interviews that could be completed at the jobseeker's convenience and evaluated at the recruiter's convenience. Jobseekers can also Interview themselves and send it to employers. Diran holds an MBA degree in Marketing and Management, A BS Degree in Engineering, and Finance training from Cornell University.
