David JohnstonDateline: Hot Trend Topics and Financial News
Personal Money Network is the place to go for daily updates on topics that you care about. At the same time, we are here to help educate the general public on matters of financial interest. We have thousands of articles on many different financially related topics for your benefit. We strive to inform the public about the responsible use of money. That, in fact, is our site’s slogan: “Promoting the Responsible Use of Money.” Why Our Site Is So Weird, Uh, I Mean Unique. :) Many times we have popular articles that seem more about celebrity gossip then strict financial news. We are that way on purpose. We like to post articles about topics the every day person is searching for and at the same time expose visitors to our more financially educational articles that they may have never realized existed. This not only helps the public but it also pleases the search engines that so generously send us many visitors like Google, Yahoo and Bing. In fact, we are on pace to have over 2 million visitors for this year alone. Nontraditional Methods of Public Education There are so many topics that the average person does not know about. It is worth our hard effort to reach out via nontraditional means to touch base with the public sectors who might just overlook our site if we were not striving to be relevant to their daily reading concerns. We pay attention to national trends on a daily basis and watch almost real-time as Google tells us what a hot search topic was for the last hour. When there is breaking news, we try to cover it. When people are interested in a celeb, we strive to capture that audience. Why We Are Here In The First Place Every business exists typically for the primary purpose of making money. With the economy in shambles, it takes an approach that may seem a little “wacky” or “cheesy” in order to make money and stay in business. We appreciate all of our visitors and contributors very much as our business depends on their support. For all the “haters” out there who just simply want to be negative, we have some articles that cover things such as “anger management” and “coping with depression” that you might want to take a sneak peak at. :) We Encourage Feedback and Even Some “Whining” :) In any event, we are here to have fun, entertain and educate the public, and make a little money while we are at it. We encourage community feedback on anything we are doing “well” and the things we are totally “sucking” at. We have live chat support that is free to anyone and we allow comments on all of our articles. If you have any questions or concerns about our site, please do not hesitate to contact us. You will be surprised when you get a prompt response.
