On the Everence Financial website is a link that helps and enables everyone to speak up and increase the awareness amongst each other and let the cell phone providers know that we are aware and that we mean business.
Cell phone companies are only a small piece of the pie. One of America’s favorite guilty pleasures comes with its fair share of guilt as well.
“We are currently working with Hershey's and Kraft on the issue of slavery in West Africa. There are thousands of children that are moved into that region every year to pick the cocoa beans then end up in the products of millions of major chocolate manufacturers, Kraft now being the largest in the world with Nestlé’s and Hershey’s.”

“We're working with the hotel chains,” Regier said, “The faith-based investment community has worked on last year’s super bowl, the world cup, and currently gearing up for the Olympics in London. Anytime there’s a major sporting event, you get a lot of men and a lot of beer then you are going to get a lot of prostitution along the way. The issue is that how can hotels, airlines, travel groups be more aware of human trafficking so that if they see trafficked persons or people that they think might be trafficked in their facilities or on their airlines that they can help and know who to call. We helped Delta become the first US airline to sign the ECPAT code. It is a code to help businesses fight against the trafficking of children. This is a call on them to train their staff as well as use their avenues to train and educate the public.”Continued on the next page
