Several days have gone by now, and still no one knows who the little boy is whose body was dumped like garbage near a stagnant pond in Collin County park, located just north of Dallas, Texas.

Despite circulating a forensic artist's drawing of the boy, not a soul has come forward to identify the child "with the soulful brown eyes."

The boy is believed to be about 6 years old, and, according to police, had "significant medical needs." He weighed only 28 pounds and there were signs he had had a feeding tube (normal weight for a child that age is about 50 pounds).

Anyone with information about the child's identify, should call the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-THE-LOST. Callers can remain anonymous.

Someone somewhere knows something about this child. Is that someone you?
