Cinecore Offers “Green” Software to Cut Costs in Film/TV Production

Filmmakers are often looking for ways to cut expensive industry costs and get their projects done on time without a lot of paperwork and time-consuming errands across town. Rising gas prices are not helping, either.
Enter Cinecore – a fast, easy to use, new project management software, which uses a cloud to store calling sheets to crew menus for the catering truck in the parking lot. It could become the next big thing in movie and TV production.
Here’s the bonus - It’s “Green,” said environmentalist and Actor Ed Begley Jr. “Cinecore offers a system that can contribute to conserving energy and paper in our industry,” he said.
The program was designed by two entrepreneurs, Armen Titizian and Josh Ritcher, who spent nearly a decade interviewing and meeting with producers, production companies, studios and filmmakers to create the dream catch-all solution.
“We fought hard to architect a system that would standardize production communication and management for entertainment projects of every size,” Titizian said.
In layman’s terms, the software uses a open source cloud computing platform for building and managing the movie or TV project. It allows the cast and crew to store contacts, calendars, photos, movies, music, apps and more in the cloud and accessed by a computer, later on all your handheld devices. It organizes everything from film location to shooting the project. And it’s a bank secure.
Size doesn’t matter here, because Cinecore is a flexible TV/Film production solution for a five man short film to a 600+ crew mega feature. Most of what you need is posted on the Cinecore.com website, a “how to” video and surprisingly affordable, too.
Cinecore has easy pricing that only charges you for the number of people you have on your show and actually rewards you for adding crew. For low budget films, it’s quite affordable and the more users, the less expensive the price. For example: One – 10 users cost $8 per user a month; 11-101-200 users at $6.50 and after 301+ users you only pay $5 per user a month. So for a 100-person crew, you will actually save $100 a month by adding one more person to your crew.Continued on the next page
