According to most reports, Parker enjoys Pilates and yoga, but she rarely limits herself to strict diets. Preferring instead, to make food a friend instead of an enemy. Parker was recently quoted as having said, “I will eat anything, from any country, with or without utensils. Frankly, I would rather have time with my friends and family than worry too much about certain things. Food and people are life’s greatest pleasures.”

There are some easy tips to help you enjoy your meals with your companions and stick to your diet, too.
1. Before going out, eat an apple and drink a glass of water. This will stave off hunger and keep you from munching down on the “before dinner” basket of bread.
2. After arriving at the restaurant, go easy on the alcohol or abstain completely. If you do have a drink, choose wine or a light martini over drinks such as pina coladas or margaritas.
3. Select healthy low fat entrees. Most restaurants have several meals that are low in saturated fat, sodium and sugar.
