Dance With Glee—Kate's Safe Again On Dancing With The Stars
Dancing With The Stars has been quite entertaining this season, especially with all of the Internet chatter surrounding reality star, Kate Gosselin.
Whether you like the way she dances or not, this mother of eight is safe for another week. Sure, she’s gotten personal about her daily challenges and struggles, but given her start as a reality show star, I’d say she is just staying true to form.
Speaking of form, the dancers certainly have plenty of form and style as they glide across the dance floor. This week on DWTS the dancers performed the Rumba and the Tango. It was nice that they demonstrated to the audience the techniques to these two dances. The more I learn about dancing the more I want to know. I find myself jumping up and dancing along with them on occasion. Dancing is a great way to exercise not only the body, but also the mind and spirit.
A fun aerobic activity, dancing doesn’t seem like exercise at all. However, 30 to 60 minutes of dancing can burn a significant amount of calories and give your heart a challenging cardio workout. Combined with strength training exercises, dancing can be an integral part of a fully beneficial fitness program for women and men.
Kate looks pretty fit on DWTS and a touch more elegant than in her appearances on various television shows. She seems to be the girl of the moment who everyone likes or hates—she definitely stands out amongst the other celebrities on the show. Next week she’ll be back and the bloggers and tweeters will be chatting and chirping about Kate’s latest moves.
