The Chartered Management Institute took a slightly more prosaic perspective in their Management Futures report. It was based on the perspectives of a broad range of business leaders, futurologists and academics and a close analysis of the trends affecting UK organisations.
The report predicted that the office of the future will demand much better analysis of both tacit and explicit knowledge, whilst it is likely to consist of an increasingly diverse working population, with a blurring in boundaries between work and private lives.

What do you think office life will be like in another 10 years time?
