It's a blog that has a collection of personal thoughts and interests of the author. This blog started as Pet Peeving back in 2006. The original intent of Pet Peeving was to focus on how pet peeves are leveraged in marketing and advertising which was too specific. After a few posts Pet Peeving quickly became host to a wider variety of posts - even ones that had nothing to do with pet peeves. The domain had already been bought and wasting that $8.95 was annoying. Plus, changing the name was hassle. So, the name was embraced and used as a personal blog. In June of 2007, Pet Peeving switched blog platforms and moved from Blogger to WordPress. After several months of giving WordPress a shot, Pet Peeving returned to Blogger in December of 2007. Then on April 08, 2009 Pet Peeving was renamed to something a little more positive and a better fit for the author. That's when Finding Forrest was born.
