Thanks For Conserving All That Water Now Pay More!
http://ace.mu.nu/archives/261983.phpIt turns out residents did a good job of conserving water. Too good in fact. Since usage dropped so much, water rates have to go up because according to the Fulton Country Director of Public Works, the county just cant swallow this reduction in revenue. Residents will have to make do with less money but not government. Nope, never government.

This is the closest I’ve found to anything asking this question in a major nationwide poll. That poll was only asking serving troops and that was in 2006. Doesn’t it strike anyone as odd that no polling company has asked that simple question?
