I write about health, fitness, workouts, diet and exercise under the title Boun-see Balls. Boun-see Seats is my version of the mommy blog where I reminisce, brag, or give advice about my baby-now-toddler. Boun-sing ideas allows me to explore other facets of my life and the world. I like to talk about my writing career and the things that make me happy, complete with gratitude lists and lists of my favorite things. I started the blog in January of 2010 as an outlet for creative writing and musings about my active life and parenting skills.
