eEvidence mission is to contribute to the Information Society with a simple methodology through which the contents and delivery of an email become unquestionable evidence in a Court of Law. By focusing on the essentials, eEvidence defines new rules for anyone to better trust email communications, whilst leaving room for others to take advantage and commercially exploit its possibilities. Besides providing updates on eEvidence, this forum is about sharing knowledge and opinions in regards to email evidence and security.
