If you would like to read more on the man, a book detailing his life entitled The House of Mondavi: The Rise and Fall of an American Wine Dynasty(paperback) Hardcover is available for purchase on Amazon. The man was instrumental in many of the innovations still used today in wine making, was an excellent marketer, loved the arts, and left a legacy that will not soon be forgotten.
